Synopsis

Meet Charlotte and Tony, middle-aged small town neighbours who resort to unorthodox methods in an attempt to stave off the aging process.

Charlotte “Char” is a chain smoking, g&t drinking, middle ager with attitude. Retired from the civil service she returns to her home town in rural Ontario where she attempts to adjust to life in a rural village where everyone knows your business before you do, and they post it on Facebook.

Tony is a crusty bachelor whose charm and good looks have always gotten him where he needed to go, until now. Now he's on "the pension" and has had his driver's license suspended. You don't need a license to drive a lawnmower. Date night will never be the same.

All things considered, I'm happy with the results. 3 days notice about the contest, 1 shoot, a Canon T5i, a Macbook and Adobe CC and we get to play too...amazing. If I can learn the software fast enough, keep the editing simple and clean and let Lynn and Barry shine, this could be a lot of fun. Thanks CBC ComedyCoup for the opportunity to participate.
