Clever concept, You explained your originality very well. I find your felted Canadians very cute. I hope to see more of them in the future.
Not too shabby my friends. I think you can probably bring a new light to this idea and be a little more creative with it as well. Also, production quality definitely needs some more improvement but that is just my opinion. Good luck on the future endeavours.
I love the idea of a new platform for Canadian talent. A place for canadian comedians to show the world what we can do. Don't get me wrong, youtube is great, but there ain't nothin' like TV.
There`s lots of good stuff here. Plus puppets!
Having new talent appear on a segment of each episode is actually a good idea, and a little different than most of the other sketch comedies out there. It was a lot clearer in this video, so I'm bumping up my rating. :)
I really like your idea of a coop. One for all and all for one. I also liked how you didn't have any 'stale' shots, you kept things moving and used a few different filters. Well done.
I am liking the concept of your project. I have been following from the start and this is definitely the best video of the three. I am getting a clearer picture of what direction this project is taking. I wish you the beat of luck for this round. I hope to see more!
I might be biased, but I love this idea. Differentiating by not just being an aggregator but allowing the public to decide who they think is funniest. I hope this thing has legs to win and go beyond that because it's part of what I do every day and every week in my weekly show to support others - and get the word out about funny Canadians. I hope this show gives me a chance to connect with comedians from across Canada... I want friends from Santa's Workshop and Grow-Op and Still Not Alberta! (and everywhere else in Canuckian-land too!)
I feel the felt!
I feel the concept.
I've felt the feelers.
YOU ARE FEELING FINE!
Enjoyed the concept of the "contest within a contest" idea, could have some legs! And who doesn't love to be felt by a felted Canadian?
I get the concept. How do you accomplish it? Perhaps little-seen or obscure Canadian YouTube comedians could be asked to provide special content for your show to have their work presented to a huge-er audience - potentially making them even huge-ier.
That's EXACTLY what we want. Just think... this could mean a big break for someone who's hilarious but doesn't have a way to work in Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, or the other big centres in Canada. I want to make the comedy dreams of a sketch troupe in Yellowknife come true! (Or anywhere in Canada...)
funny video and your comepetition idea is cool.... You guys seem like you could really bring the funny... i just wish ùi saw it in this video. it was funy, dont get me wrong, but i think at this point it needs to be brought up a notch to ensure your top 50.. once you get there, it should be all jokes all the time
Your video made it very clear as how your concept is original. It just makes me a bit worried that you are going to be relying on other Canadian comedians to make your show funny. Won't this be an extremely long process of screening people to decide if they have what it takes to be funny? Will these people be able to fill in a 22 minute TV time slop? It just seems a bit risky that's all. Good luck with the competition!
Love those felted Canadians!!! I believe....
Like your 'Felted Canadians', with their description being politically correct, which of course they are not. Good twist.
I like the idea of being a comedy co-operative. However I'd like to feel that the framework is a bit more established, or clarified, because puppets aren't really my thing. But the coup within a coup is a great idea.
It is going to be worth watching this concept develop and to see how many potential comedians participate from across Canada.
Finally a chance to see Canadians promote Canadians.
"Felted Canadians" Nice!
