I really dig this idea for the simple fact there's nothing like it on TV about two Latter Day Saint missionaries running around enthusiastically tryin to achieve their mission. I would love to see more and how this sets up everything for them to have one conflict after another. It's funny, has character, and I feel a great story every Canadian or American for that matter would love to watch.

I liked the initial video but the differentiator video seems a little plain. I would have liked to see something a little more stylized or with a little more action. You have a strong concept, so use it!

I think the biggest problem right now with the concept is that it's a little thin. As hilarious as the teaser video was, ultimately this is a stand-up comedy joke writ large into a sitcom. Now granted, sitcom dynasties have been founded on stand-up comedy jokes, but the larger issue here is that essentially it's a comedy poking fun at a large religious community in Western Canada, and I'm unsure if that's a good fit for the CBC. I think you guys need to find the fine line between lampooning Morman missionaries and in some ways celebrating them, because it can't be half an hour of making these guys look like invasive, annoying fools every week.

We appreciate your comment and you hit the nail on the head. Without giving too many details I will say that you understand the fine line well. Thankfully our team has a well established LDS member so he'll keep us in check..that or it's all his fault!

that is one of the great things about this is that it crosses borders and can be enjoyed by many other countries and cultures. And you will definitely see a lot of creativity in this series!

Hi, you guys look very comfortable and seem to have great chemistry. However, I would have liked less talk and more action. Don't tell us it's funny, make us laugh. It would have been more interesting to have an example of the humour rather than you telling me it's funny. Good luck, guys!

I enjoyed this video. It hit all the nails on the head: concept, vision, characters and you didn't try to be over the top funny which I also appreciate. The viewer can see the comedic side of the show without you guys faking it.

Hey Megan thanks for the comment. We didn't want to repeat the teaser but instead focus on some of the key attributes the show has. Please keep tuned in!

Very funny concept. Liked the explanation of the two noobs being put together which leaves them unchecked. You mention them experiencing culture shock; looking forward to see how that goes. Sounds like it could be pretty funny.

Thank you Vanessa. I like the idea of having elements of a classic OTT sitcom blended with a more modern "slick" sitcom. Please help us get to that final round so you can see the final product!

I like the concept. I see these young people every week doing their "work" - plying the streets, mining for souls to save in a world where there seems to be less and less God...more and more Devil. And I have spoken to these Missionary teens. They really really wanted my soul for some reason, perhaps because my soul comes with a wheelchair and that makes me, in their eyes, and easy take. As far as script ideas go – well – there is an entire Bible to inspire the comedic themes necessary to pull this project off. Good idea. I hope the writing is up to par. So far, so good.

Your post was hilarious! I haven't heard the word 'take' used in that way in a long time. I think I'm the only person I know still using the term bunko artist! Please stay tuned!

Not sure what you guys are going for in this concept? A little dry in the presentation....sorry but saying it like it is. Wish you well.

I'm sure there could be some funny when people are attempting to spread the word of God door to door. I feel this is a good concept and wish you well.

Hi guys, I always think it's better to "show not tell" and though you seem like nice guys this video was really short on energy, humour and innovation.

I know alot of the comments are saying the same thing, but being a comedy competition, I really feel like you should've tried a little harder to have added some life into this video. Your idea sounds entertaining, but this video wasn't. Sorry :( Hope to see more!

hey guys I think you could have done something more with this video but I think you have something here. With the Book of Mormon really gaining a lot of attention you might have hit it on the right stride. Its funny that the south park guys did the mormon thing with Orgazmo maybe add in a little bit of that in there too.

You guys seem to be on the same page. For this video I would have added music, though. I have not seen anywhere else yet where they would do a show on 'religious' way of life. So for sure that differentiate you from other contestant. Good luck with your project.

It's great that you answered this weeks mission statement very clearly. I would have liked to have seen some more footage from your actual show though which could have also explained why you guys are unique. Currently I've only seen a bit of your humour put out there, it would have been great to see more of what you've got. Good luck in the competition!

    K. Another example of what I was expecting to see from some teams. A brainstorming session or explanation of the concept. With this one especially, I wanted to see the execution of it. Give me 90 seconds of the two lost elders on their mission of spreading God's word, through Joseph Smith's translations of the golden tablets. And the run time. There was a maximum allotted time of 90 seconds that I would loved to see the guys in all kinds of situations. What if a naked woman answered their door to the missionaries? How high could their voices get? haha. Good concept, but I wanted to see more in the third mission. cheers guys!

Hi guys! Just a little feedback for you from a viewer - you really told us what your concept behind your show is, which is great, but I just wish you could have added a little more to it - a little more creativity and comedy, rather than just sitting and talking. Your first video was funny and entertaining - just wish this video had more of that! Other than that - good job so far!
