I really like the premise of the show - my how things would be different from 1940 until present day. With such a short introductory clip you get a quick glimpse into the quirky personalities The Eligible Bachelors is going to introduce you to. Can't wait to see more!

Simplistic in its humor, which succeeds in scenes but falls flat in others. Good luck in the competition!!

I love the idea of naive but loveable characters from the 1940's being transplanted to modern day. A simple concept, but actually quite unique. And the musical aspect will be cool to see.

Hard to understand what they were saying for a lot of the video. I think if this was 1965 you guys might be on to something, but since it's 2014 I think this type of humour is a little too late to survive.

The idea behind the show makes me smile, and I would really hope the intro could in some way explain how they got here. Were they frozen in a glacier which finally receded? Did they get locked inside some antique jade statue, only to be released decades later? I'm curious to find out; but like many other good ideas in this not-a-contest it feels like it would make an awesome third of a sketch-comedy ensemble.

Hopefully we find out why they seem to keep being employed while being drunk and inept at their jobs - hopefully freelance detective work makes them money (unless they have large accounts due to inflation?). I am honestly intrigued, so hopefully you can answer mine and others questions about their origin and the benefits they could yield for modern criminology.
