Synopsis

The Band is a comedy “mock-umentary”, following the behind the scenes story of a comedy troupe as they try to break back into the music business. Done in the style of The Office, Modern Family or Spinal Tap, the series is set up as a reality show, following the socially maladjusted members of the band 4our on their attempted rise to back to international super-stardom.
The Band tackles the funny side of show business, as the camera crew captures the real life hilarity, personal interviews, inappropriate behavior and adventures of the boys of 4our, as they live together and work together to attempt to get back to the big time.

Kyle Waterman's Profile Image

Kyle Waterman

Writer, Talent

Studying theatre for 5 years at Brock University sent me on a whirlwind journey to a life on the stage...doing sketch comedy while working the typical artsy day job of construction. University taught me two important lessons: man is school expensive and its not about the courses you who take but who meet in them.
