Week 4 Key It: Poster A Scratch Tracks

Poster A

Ket Art showing three main characters - Grandma, Nathan and Bridget - all with their own unique personality and role, together in the same house.

Week 4 Key It: Poster B Scratch Tracks

Poster B

Key Art featuring the three main characters. Grandma's rolling papers - up in smoke - and earrings recall her 60's sculpted personality, Bridget as an LP cover representing her role as the show's packaging, and Nathan's head as a vinyl record inside Bridget's story. A vinyl LP is THE iconic image that says "recorded music" Our slugline "Everyone wants to be a star" suggests a small town populated with wannabe musicians. Scratch Tracks - like people - are templates or promises for more polished versions to come.

Poster B was the one I chose. Wasn't overly in love with either. Like the show idea and your video work. Not super excited by the posters though. Looking forward to following you throughout the next challenges and think you have a good idea and it's very funny.

I like the creativeness of Poster B, so many subtle and not so subtle things portrayed in this poster. Congrats on the top 55.

I'm going to go with poster B as I find it easier to focus on what's going on there. Both posters relate to your concept, I just find that there are many items that could easily be removed from the poster as they aren't adding much too it. Simple is sometimes the best way to go.
