Week #2 The Team Love is Blind

Unsung Hero and fourth team member!

Jade is our Assistant Director and all around organizer! She wrangles extras, discusses script changes, hair, makeup and everything else we can convince her to do! Thanks Jade Dobbie! Also pictured is Kevin the Director but this isn't about him for once. Lastly, since we didn't get a chance on our teaser, we'd like to introduce the stars of the show; Brit Saunders who played our waitress Jenny, Chris Mosienko who stepped up and shaved his beard to play Donnie, Marianne Burden who was our wild cougar and Terri Taylor playing the bar tender! Special thanks to Mandy Pink for being our lesbian ;)

Last minute sound guys

Poor audio plagued the teaser but it wasn't these guys' fault. We threw a boom pole at them and spent 30 seconds explaining. We were very impressed with their dedication and will rope them into other projects but we do have a pro sound engineer waiting for us to get the budget to afford his awesomeness! Huge thanks to Matt Robert (left) and Brandon Watkinson!

Doc Malone's

When we say "take 5" the place clears fast! A special thanks to Sarah Lynn for letting us use her amazing pub to film. Without you, none of this would have been possible! From closing early on a Friday night to making coffee for the crew, she was the most gracious of hosts! Great food and cold beer plus an amazing, welcoming staff, please drop in for a visit if you're in the area and tell them you're there for Love! Doc Malone's is located in Barrie at 118 Bradford Street.

More Extras and special mention

So, here we have another group of extras, pictured is Jessika Bower, Terri Taylor (Our bartender), Mandy Pink, Matt Robert (taking a break) and Christina Boudreau. I'd also like to take a moment to mention Ashley Taylor who took all of the photos and consequently isn't in any of them, she also designed the coat of arms / Red Green tribute and was in charge of casting, another member of the DAKE team who goes unmentioned in a lot of the work we do.
